2-Year Health Guarantee

Congratulations on your new puppy! We are committed to producing healthy, well-socialized puppies through responsible breeding practices, health testing, and excellent care. The following health guarantee applies to the puppy identified on the purchase agreement.

General Health

The puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale. The puppy has received age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, and veterinary care before leaving our home.

The buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within seventy-two (72) hours of receiving the puppy. If a licensed veterinarian determines that the puppy has a serious health condition that existed prior to transfer, the buyer must notify Ember Hills Poodles immediately and provide written documentation from the veterinarian.

Two-Year Genetic Health Guarantee

This puppy is guaranteed against life-threatening hereditary or congenital defects for two (2) years from the date of birth.

Covered conditions include serious genetic disorders that significantly affect the puppy’s quality of life and are confirmed by a licensed veterinarian.

If a covered hereditary or congenital condition is diagnosed within the first year of life, Ember Hills Poodles may, at its discretion:

• Replace the puppy with another puppy of equal value when available; or

• Refund up to the original purchase price of the puppy.

A written diagnosis from a licensed veterinarian and any supporting medical records must be provided.
